Managed Support Services for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency

The Problem

The new Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), a consolidation of three former agencies with the mission of recovering America’s missing service members, needed extensive facilities maintenance, logistic, operational, and planning support at its east coast headquarters and newly constructed facility in Hawaii. Further, operational changes as the agency grew meant all of the work needed to be flexible and scalable to meet DPAA’s future needs.

Our Solution

Na Aliʻi provides extensive support to DPAA to cover its current service needs and plan for its future ones, not only at its east coast headquarters but at DPAA’s other facilities in Hawaii and Nebraska. We take care of facilities and systems maintenance, building inspections, and custodial services to make sure each site runs smoothly. Separate task orders have tasked Na Aliʻi with DPAA’s administrative needs regarding relocation services, records management, and document review services.
