Na Aliʻi Demonstrates Analytic and Visualization Capability at Qlik Federal Summit

Arlington, VA – Na Aliʻi presented alongside its Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) client at Qlik Federal Summit 2018 in Washington, DC. The Qlik Federal Summit, held at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, is a one-day conference focused on the crucial role that data analytics plays in delivering results for federal agencies. It provides a platform for experts and industry innovators in the world of data analytics to share the insights and methodologies that propel them to success. For the second year in a row, Na Aliʻi served as a sponsor for the event.

DPAA’s presentation was opened by Na Aliʻi’s Vice President Jason Greenawalt, who offered a summary on the work Na Aliʻi does and how it uses data analytics tools to manage its financial information and human resources. Next, Chris McDermott, Chief Data Officer at DPAA, gave an overview of the agency’s mission to provide accounting for missing U.S. military personnel. DPAA’s final speaker was Josh Frank, who works as a research analyst for the Europe-Mediterranean sector of operations. His presentation gave insight into how written World War II records are transformed into useable data that enables analysis, investigation, and recoveries.
