Washington, D.C. – Na Aliʻi was honored to be recognized by the Washington Post as one of the Top Workplaces for 2018.  The list, which ranked Na Aliʻi 31st among all smaller companies in the Washington area, was solely based upon responses from surveys of employees. The employee survey evaluated employers using several criteria, including employee engagement, confidence in company direction, relationships with management, and pay and benefits received. In total, 2,807 companies were invited to take the survey and 150, including Na Aliʻi, were named a Top Workplace.

“We are thrilled to stand out amongst our peers in the happiness, trust, and confidence of our employees. This year’s list is confirmation of our commitment to managing with Aloha. Creating an environment where our team feels supported and engaged has been essential as we work together to deliver exceptional services to our clients. We look forward to building on this recognition we have received and striving to be an even better place to work each year as we grow as a company.” – Jason Greenawalt, Vice President
