Na Aliʻi Consulting & Sales, LLC, an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, was founded in 2003 to serve clients in base logistics and contract acquisition management. Since then, we have evolved and expanded into a company that supports an array of federal and private organizations with a broad spectrum of services.

Headquartered in Hawaii and with offices in Washington, DC, Mechanicsburg, PA, and St. Louis, MO, Na Aliʻi’s team of analysts and experts offer industry-leading performance coupled with the agility and flexibility to meet any organizational need.

Our History

Na Aliʻi was founded in 2003 by Warren Ah Loo, who, after more than 30 years in public service, was looking to build a company that would continue his commitment to service and directly benefit his beloved Native Hawaiian community.

In 2014, after over 10 years of providing superior base logistics and contract acquisition services to many government customers, Na Aliʻi was officially certified by the Small Business Administration as a Native Hawaiian Organization owned 8(a) small business. This certification brought with it new opportunities, and the company expanded to offer management, IT, and environmental services while staying involved with and supporting Native Hawaiians through scholarships and philanthropy.

Tragically, Warren passed away shortly before his 68th birthday, devastating his coworkers, friends, family, and community. But thanks to his enduring spirit, Warren’s dream is alive and well in the form of Na Aliʻi and its team. Every day, by providing outstanding services to our customers and contributing to the betterment of Native Hawaiians, Na Aliʻi serves as a testament to Warren’s belief that we as a company, and as a family, can make a positive impact on the world around us.
