Cariann Ah Loo has been successfully managing various aspects of DoD contracts and projects for nearly 20 years. Her experience includes management of underground storage tank and large capacity cesspool closure programs; unexploded ordnance remedial investigations; and remedial action at contaminated DoD sites. Other projects Cariann has led include new fuel pipeline construction; cleaning, inspection, and repair of bulk fuel storage tanks; demolition of fuel tanks; repair of fuel transfer pumps; and installation of emergency generators.

In 2012, Cariann joined the PCED family of companies to further PCED’s goal to support the economic welfare of native Hawaiians through public and private educational, community, and business partnerships. Cariann is an active member of her community and is proud to lead the Na Aliʻi executive team, where she can combine her zeal for delivering outstanding customer support to her clients with her passion for community development.
